| More about bikeys' membership

When can I subscribe to bikeys as member?
You can subscribe to bikeys membership whenever you want. However, we recommend to protect your new bike as soon as you can provide the invoice and serial number
How long will last my membership?
Our membership programs are subscribed for an unlimited duration. During a period of 24 months, the basic monthly fees are owed and the accessories installed remain bikeys’ the ownership. After 24 months of membership, members own the accessories and will pay reduced monthly fees.
Can I end my membership at anytime?
Yes, you can stop your membership whenever you want. You just have to fill the resignation form and follow the instructions.
Am I ensured to have fully functional accessories for my bike?
Yes, all our accessories are tested before each setup. If any item is out of use, we will organize a replacement as soon as we are informed.
What happens in case of theft of my bike?
You should inform us as soon as you notify the theft. So that, we can quickly support you by tracking your bike and doing all the police and insurance claims. If included in your membership, a replacement bicycle will be provided to you.
